Norinvest Holding SA holds 100% of the shares of Banque Cramer & Cie SA, which is its main investment.
The flexibility and speed offered by the Group’s structure facilitates the evolution of its shareholding, which only intervenes within Norinvest, without disrupting the ordinary operations of the Bank.
